Do you take my insurance?
We are an out-of-network provider for all insurance companies. Many of our clients have major medical plans and choose to submit for reimbursement using a superbill we provide. Reimbursement amounts vary depending on your individual policy.
Do I need a prescription for physical therapy?
No. New York State allows Direct Access to physical therapy. If your condition requires more than 10 visits or 30 days of treatment, a prescription from a physician will be necessary.
What will my initial evaluation look like?
Your initial evaluation is a 60-minute session with a Doctor of Physical Therapy. We assess movement patterns, strength, mobility, and goals to build a personalized care plan. You will also receive access to our mobile app with your individualized exercise program.
What does hybrid physical therapy mean?
Hybrid physical therapy combines hands-on, in-person care with a personalized home exercise program delivered through our mobile app. This approach allows for consistent progress between visits while maintaining direct access to your Doctor of Physical Therapy.
Do you offer remote coaching?
Yes. Remote coaching is available for clients who cannot attend in-person sessions and want expert guidance delivered virtually.
Can I change my appointment?
Yes. Appointments can be rescheduled by contacting our office at least 24 hours in advance.
