Our Golf Fitness Program is a personalized performance and injury-prevention program designed specifically for golfers who want to move better, swing more efficiently, and play without pain.

Led by a Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Medical Level 2 Certified Provider, the program evaluates how your body moves and how those movement patterns affect your golf swing. Through a detailed physical and movement assessment, we identify mobility restrictions, strength limitations, and swing inefficiencies that may be limiting your performance or contributing to pain.

From there, we build a customized training and therapy plan to improve mobility, build golf-specific strength, and enhance the fluidity and power of your swing. The result is a body that moves better, a swing that performs better, and a game you can enjoy for years to come.
