We are an out-of-network provider for all insurance companies. Many of our clients have major medical plans and choose to submit for reimbursement using a superbill we provide. Reimbursement amounts vary depending on your individual policy.

No. In NY state, you have Direct Access to physical therapy. If your condition requires more than 10 visits/30 days of treatment, then a prescription from your physician will be necessary. You may also be referred to a physician for additional medical testing if deemed necessary during your initial evaluation with us.

You should expect to spend 1 hour with us for your initial evaluation. The goal of this session is to create a gameplan centered around you and your goals. You will undergo a thorough assessment by one of our Doctors of Physical Therapy to identify any strength limitations or mobility deficits. You will be given access to our mobile app where we will prescribe you an individualized home exercise program. Please wear athletic attire that allows you to move freely.

Hybrid physical therapy combines hands-on, in-person care with a personalized home exercise program delivered through our mobile app. This approach allows for consistent progress between visits while maintaining direct access to your Doctor of Physical Therapy. Yes, we provide remote coaching services for clients who may not be able to attend in-person sessions. This option offers flexibility and allows you to receive guidance and support wherever you are, ensuring you stay on track with your goals.
