Most individuals we work with have major medical plans, however we are an out-of-network provider for all insurance companies and will provide the necessary documentation (aka a superbill) required by your insurance company to get you reimbursed directly. The level of reimbursement will vary depending on your specific policy.

No. In NY state, you have Direct Access to physical therapy. If your condition requires more than 10 visits/30 days of treatment, then a prescription from your physician will be necessary. You may also be referred to a physician for additional medical testing if deemed necessary during your initial evaluation with us.

You should expect to spend 1 hour with us for your initial evaluation. The goal of this session is to create a gameplan centered around you and your goals. You will undergo a thorough assessment by one of our Doctors of Physical Therapy to identify any strength limitations or mobility deficits. You will be given access to our mobile app where we will prescribe you an individualized home exercise program. Please wear athletic attire that allows you to move freely.

Our hybrid physical therapy approach combines hands-on, in-person sessions with a personalized home exercise program designed specifically for you and your goals. By seamlessly blending in-person care with remote coaching, we offer a flexible and effective solution tailored to your lifestyle.

Yes, we provide remote coaching services for clients who may not be able to attend in-person sessions. This option offers flexibility and allows you to receive guidance and support wherever you are, ensuring you stay on track with your goals.
